Hi just had to say brilliant delivery service ordered it 16/12/10 in the evening arrived Saturday 18th and in this terrible weather . The product is everything you said I tried in on my sofa where there was a mark had tried everything to get it clean but this steam cleaner brought it back to almost new after one attempt. tried the cleaner on the oven espeicially the wire racks brilliant results after one go . I know my daughter will want to try it .This is deffinately one steam cleaner I would recommend. Well Done Pitch TV.
