Goods Returned Process

To return goods you must first ring our Customer Services Department (0845 618 0469) and advise them of your intention to return the goods.  Please make sure you have your personal details, order number and date of order to hand.

Our agent will provide you with a Returns Authorisation Code. This code is only valid for 14 days and must be shown clearly on the label of the goods and any documentation being returned.

Goods sent back (after the expiry of the statutory distance selling cooling off period) without prior returns authorisation will be returned to you and the cost of delivery charged. We strongly suggest that you return the goods via recorded or special delivery and keep a proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for goods lost in transit.

You must organise the return of the unwanted items at your expense and risk. Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorisation and a Returns Authorisation Code. The Returns Authorisation Code is valid for up to 14 days only.

RETURN OF HEAVY / LARGE PRODUCTS

For certain heavy or large products  we can arrange for a courier to collect the item but the cost of return will be deducted from your refund amount. Our Agents will be happy to advise you of the details.

Items reported as faulty over 30 days and less than 1 year from receipt of order and under a manufacturers guarantee will be repaired or replaced.

Cancellations

Please note if you cancel your order after it has been dispatched then you will still be responsible for payment of postage and packing costs for delivery and return to our warehouse.

Refunds

Full refund of the cost of the goods is wholly conditional upon the above conditions being met and the refund authorised only after a full inspection of the goods by our Returns Department to check for completeness and correct product return.

For goods received back complete as NEW and UNDAMAGED and in the original box and packaging including all accessories and in a re-sellable condition, you will be refunded the full invoice amount less the cost of delivery.

For goods received back complete as NEW and UNDAMAGED and in the original box and packaging but with accessories missing, you will be refunded the full invoice amount, less delivery charges and the cost of accessories.

For goods received back complete as NEW and UNDAMAGED but not in the original packaging,  you will be refunded the full invoice amount, less delivery charges and cost of re-packaging. 

Please note that Pitch World Ltd will not accept returns for cosmetics or health related products.(such as Sheer Skin / NoNo) where the product has been opened and used.

How long does a refund take?

We aim to refund your money as quickly as possible. However it may take a few days to appear on your statement as it is processed by the banks’ system Please allow up to 21 days from receipt of the return for a refund to clear.

None of the above will affect your statutory rights.
