This page contains content detailing information about Easy Payment Plans and also Deferment Plans.  The first part of the page goes into detail about Easy Payment plan and then following on from that the detail of Deferment Plans will be discussed. Please note that the Payment Plan option is not available when using PayPal.

What is Easy Payment Plan?

The Pitch Easy Payment Plan is designed to help you as the customer to make easy payments over a period of time. Essentially Pitch wants you to feel comfortable purchasing from us. We want for you not to have to make such a considered purchase and for you to avoid having a lot of money leaving your bank in a single transaction.

How does Easy Payment Plan work?

Below are 3 examples of how the payment plans will work
Please note that the instalments may vary dependant on the value of the basket/product(s).

The initial payment will be taken at the point of sale; subsequent to this, payments will be automatically charged to the credit/debit card used for the initial payment on the monthly anniversary of your purchase.

You will be sent an email or SMS confirming the next instalments payments have been taken from your account.  (please ensure you have provided this information to ensure that you are made aware of this movement).

How do I order using Easy Payment Plan?

The option to pay for your order in instalments is now available either online or through our UK Call-centre on 0800 840 8888.

When you have placed your order with our UK Call Centre agent or online, at the payment stage of the checkout, you will be asked whether you wish to have make a single payment or take advantage of the Easy Payment Plan, and, if so (depending on whether your basket qualifies for the different payment structures), in how many instalments you wish to pay for your order (this may vary dependant on the value of the basket and or Pitch Policy over time).

You will be asked for your DOB by phone as this will form part of the e-signature and will be pertinent for future use. Online you will be required to sign fill in the e-signature section.

Following on from the above, you will then continue through the process to provide your credit card details and continue as you would a normal order.

Upon receipt of your goods you will receive an invoice that will indicate the payments and their due dates.

On your bank statement you will see Pitch World Limited each time an instalment is taken and also the Pitch TV customer service number in case you are confused as to why Pitch World Limited (Pitch TV) has taken this sum of money.
