How to Order On-Line

Product selection

On the product page enter the number of items you wish to order by changing the number of items in the white box.

Add your item to the shopping basket by clicking on ‘the add to basket’ button. The summary of the purchase will be displayed. You will then be given an option to continue shopping and add further items or to proceed to checkout.

Proceed to checkout

When you proceed to checkout you will be presented with a page displaying the following progress buttons. The button will turn orange depending where you are in the process.

Register / Login

Existing customers will need to log-in using their email address and password. If you are a new customer you will need to register your details before we can process the order.

Address

This will require you to enter your name, home address and contact numbers and choose a password.

[note: Please note we will sms text or email to advise customers of deliveries as well as any subsequent returns, collections, replacement and or refunds. We therefore require that customers do enter a mobile contact number and or email address to aid us in notifying you of order information.]

Shipping

You can arrange for the order to be delivered to a separate address, such as your workplace or if the order is a gift to the recipient’s address.

Summary

A summary of the order and the shipping details will then be displayed for your confirmation.

Payment

You will be asked for your payment details. Pitch World accepts most credit and debit cards. You can also pay using PayPal. On completion of your payment details you will be asked to check the order. You can still make some changes at that point in the process.

Once you have checked the order and proceeded with the payment you will be advised to wait a few seconds while the payment is authorised and the order is being processed to our back-office systems.

On successful completion you will be provided with an order reference number and a confirmation of the order details. A copy of which you will be able to print off for your records an email confirmation will also be sent to the email address you registered with.


Deliveries outside the UK

For deliveries to Eire you can place an order online or by calling our 24/7 Call Centre on 0800 840 8888.

If you are calling from Eire to place an order then please call our dedicated Irish Freephone number on 1 800 944 755.

Please note when ordering online enter postcode as EIRE and the correct shipping charge will automatically be calculated for you.

For Deliveries to Europe you can order in the same way as for EIRE above.

Simply enter your zip code in the address and your country in the postcode field. Then select shipping to Mainland Europe and Channel Isles.

Please note if ordering for European Islands in this way (Ballearics/Canaries etc)   there may be an additional shipping charge due to courier charges. This will be worked out due to size and weight of order. We will notify you of this prior to despatch in order to confirm order with you.
