We honour the manufacturers guarantee on our electrical products, but to cover the costs of breakdown or repair after the guarantee period has expired, you may wish to purchase an Extended Warranty.

You can purchase an Extended Warranty from Pitch World Limited at the same time as you buy your Eco Steam Master, or, should you prefer, within 30 days from the day your purchased the item.

For a period of four years following the expiry of the original 12 month warranty, Pitch World will repair defects to the product, or replace at no extra charge.  

Extended warranties can also be purchased from other providers including manufacturers and insurers. You may also find that your household insurance could cover you for accidents, fire and theft.

You may cancel the Extended Warranty and receive a full refund within the first 45 days of taking out the policy, provided no claim has been made.
