Shipping Costs

Pitch World's shipping costs are very competitive and operate in a way that we consider to be very cost effective.

Please note the information below refers to deliveries to the UK Mainland only and excludes deliveries to the Scottish Isles & Highlands , Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland (refer to Shipment Overseas below).

It is very simple to understand and there are NO HIDDEN COSTS whatsoever.

When you place your order, against each item you will see a quote for shipping.

There is no need to worry about the calculation. When you order, our system will calculate the total you need to pay and give a separate shipping total.

Delivery Terms

We offer 2 options for Handling / Delivery:

All deliveries will be made within 28 days

Standard Handling

We aim to deliver within 14 working days of your order being placed. This may on occasions be slightly longer depending on customer demand. In this instance delivery will be within 28 days.

Express Handling

For a small, additional charge we will dispatch your order using our express delivery service. Our delivery time for express orders is 2 - 3 working days after your order has been received.

If you order does not arrive within that time, please contact us and we will refund your shipping charge. 

All standard orders will be delivered within 28 days.

Products delivered by our preferred carrier will usually require a valid signature as proof of delivery (also known as a POD). 

Additional Postage Charges for Mainland UK Addresses, and other areas of the UK

Delivery to the Scottish Isles & Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles etc. may incur an additional postage charge.

Shipment Overseas

For deliveries to Eire and to mainland Europe you can place an order online at www.pitch.tv

If you would like place your order by phone from Eire please call our dedicated Irish Freephone number on 1 800 944 755.

Shipping will be calculated according to product and region to be shipped to.

Please note: If ordering for European Islands (Balearics/Canaries etc) This is not covered by the Mainland Europe and Channel Islands shipping option. There may be an additional shipping charge due to courier charges. This will be calculated on the size and weight of your order. We will notify you of this prior to despatch in order to confirm all delivery charges with you. 
                                                                    
We are unable to ship to many PO Box address's. Our couriers will not deliver to PO Box as we use a signed for and secure service for all orders.
Please ensure a full and correct address is supplied with your order.

Cancellations

Please note if you cancel your order after it is dispatched, you will still be charged for postage and packing and for returning the order to our warehouse.
